Minimum stay is two nights 

Public holidays, School holidays and long weekends will have a longer minimum night requirement

(long weekends 3 night min, School holidays 5 night min, Easter 4 night min)

Full amount will be payable on booking

PLEASE NOTE WE NO LONGER HAVE FOLD OUT SOFA BEDS AVAILABLE OR BUNK BEDS IN COTTAGE #1 !!

Cottage #1 sleeps no more than 2 people

Cottage #2 sleeps no more than 4 people

Cottage #3 sleeps no more than 2 people

We offer fire pits to hire for your stay which includes firewood, please enquire when booking.

Linen charge of  $20 per Queen sized bed

Guests are welcome to bring their own linen

Quilts, Quilt covers, towels, pillows and tea towels are supplied

Check in is 2pm onwards

Check out is no later than 10am

No pets are allowed

No smoking inside cottages

Cancellations minimum 2 weeks prior to booking less 10% booking fee

Cancellations within 2 weeks will result in no refund

Breakages and damages will be charged accordingly
